Challenge #17-Christmas In July

It's Christmas in July at My Craft Spot this Monday! The great thing about thinking about Christmas projects now, is handmade card sets are possible. I am excited to make this card into a set for my Grandma. My Grandma is from Ohio and she loves Cardinals. A Christmas card set with Cardinals is perfect. I finished one for my example, and now I just need to finish 50 more.

The vintage twine is from My Craft Spot.

Glossy accents on the berries adds a lot.

Missing You

Greetings! Enjoying a day of crafting--sure not enjoying the weather. Raining in Seattle. More time spent indoors for cleaning (dang) and more time for crafting (yeah). :) I've been busy *whipping* up a joint birthday party for Sam Sam and my nephew, Evan. They are turning 3. The theme this year is *under the sea*.

I also made a card to send my husband, just to let him know we are always thinking about him while he is away at work.

The chair cut is from the Best Friends Imagine
cartridge. The stamped sentiment and twine are
both from My Craft Spot. I LOVE twine, and
My Craft Spot has an assortment pack full of
every color you'll ever need. A must have!

Summery Set

What a week. I have had a terrible cold. Yuck! I had planned a fun week of posts, but I guess one long post will have to do.

I used the Imagine More cartridge and my Imagine machine. The
striped background paper is from my scrap basket (not sure what
pack it's from). The *Have a Happy day!* sentiment is from the
Sweet Sentiments set # 1.
