Get Whale Soon

Hello! Today is my day to post over at My Craft Spot.Yay! One of my favorite tools to play with are the new Fancy Edges metal dies set. I do love them all, but for today's card I used the scalloped edge metal die--turned upside down it looks likes water waves.
Look at all of those awesome waves. :) The waves were cut with the Fancy Edges metal dies set. *Get Whale Soon!* is from the Tiny Tags 3 stamp set. Of course I had to add some Caribbean sequins to finish my card.
The tag was cut with the Tiny Tags metal dies set. I tied my tag on with some Berry Red bakers twine.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great week. :)

My Craft Spot Monday Challenge

Hi everyone!  There is a new Monday challenge over at My Craft Spot's blog. Perfect chance for you to use all of those fun new stamps and metal dies from the last stamp release party. :) This week the challenge is a sketch.
*Sending Love* is from the Banner Sentiments stamp set by My Craft Spot.  The mouse is from the Create A Critter cartridge cut 2 3/4". I dressed my little *cupid* with clothes from the Teddy Bears On Parade cartridge.
The banner was cut using the Ribbon Banners-Wavy metal dies set. I LOVE all of the metal banner sets. I heat embossed the sentiment--love the look!

I hope you will join in the fun and try out this fun sketch.

Friendship Warms The Heart

Hi everyone! Today is my day to share over at My Craft Spot blog. After working outside yesterday, Sammy and I needed some hot chocolate to warm up! The sun was out, but it was definitely still cold! I remembered that I still had some hot cocoa gift packs that I made for a recent craft fair. I decorated the cocoa kits with My Craft Spot products.
We have a Keurig, so I used hot chocolate K-Cups. I made the kit with these boxes, but any packaging will work. The cute factor is all in the embellishing. :)

*Friendship Warms The Heart* is from the Stamping All Around Christmas stamp set. I cut all of the layers for the tag with the Tiny Doilies metal dies set.

The cute little snowman is from the Jar Full Of Christmas stamp set, which is currently on sale! The snowflakes are from the Small Alphabet metal dies set.

I included some marshmallows, and a couple of candy canes for stirring.
If your looking for the perfect gift for those cold winter days, this is it.
