My Craft Spot Blog Hop

It's Blog Hop time! Today is the day when all of my My Craft Spot's newest stamp and metal die sets will be available for purchase. All the sets are ready to ship from My Craft Spot. Today, for the hop I made a project using the Christmas Friends & Neighbors stamp set. Here is my project:
I made gift card holders using bags from My Craft Spot. I stamped Merry Christmas! from the Christmas Friends & Neighbors stamp set. The From: is another sentiment from the same set. I stamped directly on the bags and it turned out nice and crisp. I tied a Cherry Red traditional bakers twine bow across the top.
These little bags can be filled with gift cards, candy, or any other small treat you would like to give someone. I plan on making several for Sammy's teachers and friends at school. Perfect for coworkers.
Kimberly, has so generously offered to give one of you, the new Ornate Labels-Christmas stamp set, just for visiting my blog during the blog hop. Yay! Just leave a comment on THIS post for a chance to win.

Have fun hopping around to all of the other blogs on today's hop. :)

Have you been making your shopping list? :) Today we are sharing sneak peeks of the new Christmas Friends & Neighbors stamp set.
Here is my project:
*from your *nutty* neighbors* --how cute! I love this new sentiment from the Christmas Friends & Neighbors stamp set. I cut the squirrel from the Create A Critter cartridge at 1.75". I use wood grain patterned paper for my furry friends, and it looks so cute.
I use wood grain patterned paper for my furry friends, and it looks so cute. I stamped the face using Peachy Keen's Wide Eyed & Bushy Tailed Assortment set. Merry Christmas is from the Christmas Banner Sentiments stamp set by My Craft Spot. I stamped the sentiment on a banner cut from the Ribbon Banners-straight metal die set.
The perfect touch to any package is a tied bow using some of My Craft Spot's crinkle ribbon. I used some Scarlet Red crinkle ribbon for my bag of mixed nuts.
Tomorrow is the big day with the blog hop and full set reveal! During the Blog Hop, you will be able to purchase all of the new sets. So exciting!

All of the new stamp sets and metal die sets will be available for purchase this Saturday. It's all so exciting. :) Today we are all sharing sneak peeks of the new Joy Filled Christmas stamp set and the Snowflake Border metal die.
Wishing you a Happy Christmas full of Sparkle is a sentiment from the Joy Filled Christmas stamp set by My Craft Spot. Just look at that beautiful Snowflake Border. I loved adding bling to the border--I may have even went a little overboard with the bling. :)
It's hard to tell in the picture, but the papers are so pretty and shimmery. I embossed the sentiment with silver embossing powder and it turned out amazing.
I'll see you all back here tomorrow for day five of My Craft Spot's stamp release party. Be sure to leave a comment HERE for a chance to win today's prize.

My Craft Spot Day #3-Ornate Labels - Christmas Stamp Set

Welcome back to the My Craft Spot New Stamp Release Party. Today we are sharing sneak peeks of the new stamp set Ornate Labels-Christmas. Robin created a wonderful Christmas themed stamp set to coordinate with the Ornate Labels metal dies set. Here is my project:
*Have a Holly Jolly Christmas* is from the new stamp set Ornate Labels-Christmas. I stamped the frame and holly from the same set. The mat for my tag was cut with the Ornate Labels metal dies by My Craft Spot.
This picture really shows off the gold embossing.
I tied a bow with some Scarlet Red crinkle ribbon. The red and the cream are so pretty together.
I enjoyed using this beautiful new stamp set--you'll definitely want to add it to your shopping list. :) Be sure to leave a comment on THIS post over at My Craft Spot's blog for a chance to win today's party prize.

My Craft Spot Release Party Day #2-Jar Full Of Christmas

Hi everyone! Welcome to day two of the My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party. Today we are sharing sneak peeks of the new stamp set Jar Full Of Christmas. Robin designed a darling stamp set that coordinates with the Jar Basics metal dies by My Craft Spot. Here is my project:
I made a banner using the Jar Basics metal dies. I decorated the banner with the new Jar Full Of Christmas stamp set. The snowflakes are cut using the Small Alphabet metal dies.
The *Let it Snow* sentiment is from the new Christmas Banner Sentiments stamp set. I stamped the sentiment on a banner from the new Ribbon Banners metal dies set.
The letters are from the George & Basic Shapes Cricut cartridge cut at 1.75".
It's hard to tell in the picture, but I added some Stickles to the edge of the snow along the bottom. Just the extra touch the snow needed to help it *pop*.
I made hinges with washi tape to hold the banner together. The great thing about using washi tape is it stays flexible, so you can easily set the banner up how you like--back and forth accordion style or with a soft wave. I love this banner. Perfect for a mantel, hutch, or table. There are SO many possibilities with this project idea. TIP: the background paper was a little thin, so I added an extra layer of cardstock for stability.
That's it for today my crafty friends. :) Be sure to check out all of the other projects made by My Craft Spot's design team. Also, you'll want to leave a comment over at My Craft Spot's blog for a chance to win todays party prize.
